Returns & Exchanges

At One Hundred Stars, we want you to be completely delighted with your unique purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold your garments and place them in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team has inspected the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
